The City of Melton is growing fast – and we need your help in shaping our future!
After every council election, we need to update our plans for the future. To do this, we want to hear from our community. This includes updating our Community Vision and deciding what Council’s main priorities should be for the next four years. We’ll also look at how we best use ratepayers money to take care of things like roads, parks, and buildings in the long term.
These plans help us make important decisions for now and the future. They guide what services we provide to support our community’s health, wellbeing, and the environment. They also help Council choose which projects and facilities to focus on as our city continues to grow.
As part of helping creating Melton City's Future, we're updating and reviewing the following documents:

It seeks to maintain, improve and enhance the level of infrastructure within the City as well as deliver projects and services that are valued by our community and do this within the rate increase mandated by the State Government. |

The Revenue and Rating Plan determines the most appropriate and affordable revenue and rating approach for Melton City Council which in conjunction with other income sources will adequately finance the objectives in the Council and Wellebing Plan. |
