Help us celebrate and showcase the Melton South community! You can contribute by sharing your personal stories about what makes this community feel connected and proudly diverse!

Is your story about a special time or place? Are there people in your community that make a difference?

Selected stories will be published online and common themes from all your stories will be featured in a large scale mural in Melton South. You will also have the opportunity to join us in creating a collaborative mural on a street garden bed.

Be one of the first ten people to submit a story to receive a $20 Officeworks voucher! Also ten selected stories we publish on our social media and web page, will receive a $50 Officeworks voucher.

Stories can be submitted via the 'Submit your story here' section on this web page. Submissions can also be emailed to artsandculture@melton.vic.gov.au.

Submissions can be in any of the following forms.

• Video or audio format (up to 3 minutes)
• Written text (up to 300 words)
• Visual art (as high res JPEG file or an A4 artwork with short text description)

In your submission please tell us if you would like to be contacted to participate in a collaborative garden bed mural. Please note, there are limited places for this.

All stories will be used towards the mural artwork. We will also select stories to publish that promote diversity and local connections to Melton South.

By submitting your stories, you are consenting to publishing your stories and full name online. You may also be contacted by the mural artist for further consultation as part of the creative research process.
