The City of Melton’s new aquatic centre will be constructed on Beattys Road in Fraser Rise. Plumpton Aquatic and Leisure Centre will feature indoor pools, splash play areas, water slides, spas, a sauna, sensory aquatic space, health and fitness areas, allied health spaces, an outdoor interactive water play area with beach-style access, change facilities and a café. Council is also investigating whether a meeting/function space and a roof top deck can be included through an additional level in the centre.

Community consultation is now open on the draft masterplan for the Centre. We are seeking feedback on the design themes, the importance of individual features and how people see themselves using the Plumpton Aquatic and Leisure Centre.

The survey will close on 21 May 2024.
