The Navan Park upgrade will increase tree planting and shade, add natural play elements to the existing play space, improve accessible footpath connections of the play space, car park, and lake to enhance the range of passive and recreation facilities that the park offers to all members of the community.

Thank you to everyone who provided feedback. We are currently assessing the feedback received from the community and are revising our landscape concept plan.

The project commencement has been delayed due to the potential presence of native vegetation on the proposed project area. Based on the native vegetation assessment currently underway, Council might have to amend the design in order to protect native vegetation within the Reserve.
