Background
As part of our commitment to improving the services we provide to you, Melton City Council has engaged Customer Service Benchmarking Australia (CSBA) to survey community members who have made a recent enquiry or service request.
Community members who have recently contacted Council in the last few months may be randomly contacted by CSBA to participate in either phone or email survey.
Participation in the survey is optional, and provides customers to provide feedback on what we have done well, and where we could improve when responding to customer enquiries.
CSBA is an independent market research company who have been engaged by Melton City Council as a contractor to complete the survey on behalf of Council.
