Background

As part of our commitment to improving the services we provide to you, Melton City Council engaged Customer Service Benchmarking Australia (CSBA) to survey community members who have made a recent enquiry or service request.

Community members who had recently contacted Council may have been randomly contacted by CSBA to participate in either phone or email survey.

Participation in the survey was optional, and customers could provide feedback on what we have done well, and where we could improve when responding to customer enquiries.

CSBA is an independent market research company who was engaged by Melton City Council as a contractor to complete the survey on behalf of Council.
