Help Create our New Customer Service Charter
Apply to be part of a Deliberative Engagement Panel to help shape our new Customer Service Charter – a document that will outline Council's commitment to providing high-quality, effective, and responsive services to our community.
This is your opportunity to directly influence how Council communicates and engages with customers, including residents, developers, stakeholders and businesses. This will ensure the Customer Service Charter reflects the values, expectations, and priorities of the City of Melton’s diverse community.
