Background
Each year, Council conducts a community satisfaction survey where residents are asked about a range of topics from their satisfaction with local planning and Council programs, to the sense of community and local issues.
The data helps guide Council’s ongoing service delivery by showing where we are meeting people’s needs and any gaps we need to address.
2025 Community Satisfaction Survey
This year, between 17 May and 8 June, researchers will door knock homes across the City of Melton while conducting our Annual Community Satisfaction Survey, which will ask about satisfaction with Council services and facilities.
If you receive a knock on the door, we appreciate you taking the time to assist us with your valuable feedback. The survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete.
The survey is being conducted by Metropolis Research, an independent market research company. They will not ask any identifying questions, such as your name or phone number and will be wearing photo ID. Your details and individual responses are confidential and only the overall results will be shared with Council.
