Project Background
The Melton Botanic Garden (MBG) Master Plan was adopted by Council in December 2010. Since then, a lot of progress has been made, with around 80 per cent of the plan delivered, bringing the garden closer to the original vision.
A review of the master plan is now underway to help guide the garden’s continued development and ensure it’s well maintained into the future.
We’ve taken a close look at how much of the original plan has been completed and what’s still to come. Based on this, we have prepared an updated draft master plan.
